I created this workshop because I was living the struggle myself. Iâm a Registered Dietitian and mom of three, but I was embarrassed that I was exhausted, my weight wouldn't budge, and I hitting the Chick-fil-a drive thru way more than I wanted to admit. Traditional nutrition advice didnât fit my real, messy mom life. I needed something simple. Something doable. Something that worked even when I was feeding a baby with one hand and reheating coffee for the third time that morning.
So I built a stupid simple system that did fit. My energy came back, my cravings calmed, I reached my healthiest weight without losing my milk supply.
