I have a confession to make...
I created this workshop because I was living this season myself. I’m a Registered Dietitian and mom of three, and even with all my training, I felt stuck trying to apply traditional nutrition advice to real, messy mom life. Between feeding a baby with one hand, reheating my coffee for the third time, and relying on the drive-thru more than I wanted to admit, nothing felt simple or sustainable.
I needed something different. Something doable. Something that actually fit the chaos of motherhood. So I built a stupid-simple system designed for this season. One that helped meals feel easier, routines feel more manageable, and everyday choices feel less overwhelming, even on the busiest days.
