I have a confession to make...Ā
I created this workshop because I lived this season myself. Iām Brooke Miller, a Registered Dietitian, Lactation Counselor, and mom of three. During early motherhood, I was pumping full time, running on coffee and drive-thru meals, and constantly feeling like I was just trying to keep up. I didnāt feel like myself mentally or physically, and traditional nutrition advice felt impossible to apply to real life with a baby.
Once I shifted to a simpler, more supportive way of fueling myself, things started to feel lighter and more manageable. I felt more energized, more confident in my body, and more like myself again.
