I created this workshop because I was once the exhausted, hungry breastfeeding mom after my first baby. Iâm Brooke Miller, a Registered Dietitian, Lactation Counselor, and mom of 3. In early motherhood, I was pumping full time, living on coffee and drive-thru meals, snacking constantly, and feeling foggy and overwhelmed. I didnât feel like myself and assumed that was just part of mom life.
Things shifted when I stopped chasing perfection and started being realistic. I built a simpler, more supportive way to eat that actually worked with a new baby.
