I created this workshop because I lived this season myself. Iām Brooke Miller, a RegisteredĀ Dietitian, Lactation Counselor and mom of three. During early motherhood, I was pumping full time, running on coffee and drive-thru meals, and constantly feeling like I was just trying to keep up. I didnāt feel like myself and traditional nutrition advice felt impossible to apply to real life with a baby.
Once I shifted to a simpler, more supportive way of fueling myself, things started to feel simpler and more manageable.
