Yes, I want this!

I have a confession to make...

I’m Brooke, a registered dietitian and mom of three and for years, I was stuck in the same cycle when it came to desserts. I’d crave something sweet at night… hesitate… then feel unsatisfied an hour later and looking for more.

I knew better (hello, registered dietitian), but knowing and doing are two different things when you're exhausted after a day of parenting and just want to enjoy something that tastes good in peace when the kids are in bed.

Then something clickedI started actually fueling my body with balanced meals and paying attention to my protein targets. One night, I realized I was still under my protein goal and I was also craving something sweet. I thought: Why can't I do both at once?

I started experimenting with desserts that had protein, fiber, and healthy fats built in. Desserts that actually tasted good. Desserts that kept me satisfied.

And it worked. I could enjoy dessert every single night and still feel aligned with my goalsNow I want to share them with you. Because you shouldn't have to choose between treats and your goals. You just need a smarter way to build them.

Send me the treats!
