Sweet Potato Turkey Chili

1 1/2 lb (680g) 93% lean ground turkey
1 1/2 lb (680g) sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 medium yellow onion (110g), diced
2 tbsp taco seasoning, divided
1 tbsp garlic paste
4 cups (960ml) low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
6 tbsp (90g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion, turkey, and 1 tbsp taco seasoning for 7–8 minutes, until turkey reaches 165°F. Remove and set aside.
Add sweet potatoes and remaining taco seasoning. Cook 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.
Add garlic and broth. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 10–12 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Partially blend with an immersion blender.
Stir in turkey, black beans, and salt. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
Divide into 6 bowls and top each with 1 tbsp Greek yogurt.
