Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs 99% lean ground turkey
  • 2 cans beans (black or kidney), drained & rinsed
  • 1 jar (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp. paprika
Directions
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground turkey until no pink remains, 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

  • Transfer to a 6-quart slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

  • Stir and serve with optional toppings.

No hovering over the stove. No complicated steps.
