Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs 99% lean ground turkey
- 2 cans beans (black or kidney), drained & rinsed
- 1 jar (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- ½ onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp. paprika
Directions

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground turkey until no pink remains, 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Transfer to a 6-quart slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

Stir and serve with optional toppings.
